From 2018 to the present, AFl's flagship intervention tagged as Koopreneur Program aims to uplift the economic conditions of cooperative members living below the poverty threshold through the establishment of micro enterprise projects.

Cooperative members from South Mindanao, and Northern Mindanao have been the primary focus.

Under this program are the following projects:

• From 2019 to 2020, hog raising livelihood projects were implemented in Calinan, Davao City; Impasugong and Valencia in Bukidnon and Medina and Guingoog City in Misamis Oriental.
• Sustainable Agribased Enterprise Development Program was implemented in Kidapawan City from 2022-2024.
• 6 trainings on Financial Management and Entrepreneurship were conducted in six areas: Kidapawan, North Cotabato, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte, Panabo City, Maragusan, Davao de Oro, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, and in Medina, Misamis Oriental from 2024 to 2025. Capital assistance is provided for expansion of micro enterprises established by business-minded cooperative members.

The Koopreneur Program will continue in 2026 through partnerships with Tnalak, Asiapro and Kaamulan MPCs in South and North Mindanao.
